This policy explains what personal information Complete Software Solutions (“CSS,” “we,” “us”) collects through css.tech, how we use it, and the choices you have. CSS is located at 1122 Lady St, Columbia, SC 29201.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message.
- Book a Call / meeting request: your name, email, phone number, meeting type, preferred date and time, and any message.
- Business Builder: your name, email, phone number and the business idea or plan details you enter.
- Integration inquiry: your name, business name, email, phone, industry, the path you are interested in, and the details you provide.
- Store inquiries and NDA acknowledgements: your name, email, company or fund name (optional), the product you asked about, any message, and, where you sign an NDA, a record that you did so.
When you submit a form, we also record your IP address (used for abuse and spam prevention and rate limiting) and the time of submission. If you call us, we may keep notes of the conversation.
What we do not collect
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics services or tracking pixels on this site, and we do not sell your information. Visitors do not create accounts. We do not collect payment card details on this site.
Cookies and local storage
Public visitors are not given tracking cookies. In your browser’s temporary session storage, the store may remember for the current browser session that you have acknowledged an NDA, so you are not asked twice; this is cleared when you close the tab. A sign-in cookie is set only for CSS staff who log in to our internal dashboard (see below).
How we use your information
- To reply to your message and to schedule and hold the meeting you asked for.
- To evaluate and follow up on your inquiry about our services, products or businesses for sale.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
- To keep a record of our business dealings with you, including NDAs you have acknowledged.
We contact you about the inquiry you made. We do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.
Who handles your data
Form submissions are stored in our database hosted with Supabase (PostgreSQL) and are visible only to authorized CSS staff through an internal dashboard. The site is hosted on Vercel. Staff sign in with a password or with Google sign-in, which is limited to approved staff email addresses and is not offered to public visitors. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google and Google may receive your IP address. When we alert staff to a new inquiry, the contents of your submission may be sent to them by email. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete or archive them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices
You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. To do so, contact us through the Contact form or the Book a Call form on this site, or call 803.467.3667. We may need to verify that the request comes from you.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to stored submissions is restricted to authorized staff, and the dashboard requires authentication. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
